Sharing a VidGuide can be done from multiple areas within the software.
After Recording
Once a VidGuide has been recorded, you have the option to immediately share it. To do this, click the Share VidGuide button. This will load the VidGuide sharing screen. Enter the users or groups you want to share the VidGuide with and even customize the email subject and message if desired. If sharing outside of VidGuide, simply click the Copy Link button to share the VidGuide through any medium.
From the Edit Screen
To share a VidGuide while in Edit mode, click the Share button in the top right of the page once you have completed the edits to your VidGuide. This will load the VidGuide sharing screen. Follow the same steps as after recording to share the VidGuide or copy the link to share the VidGuide through any medium.
From the Library
To share a VidGuide from the Library, click the ellipsis on the right-hand side of the screen and select the share icon. This will load the VidGuide sharing screen. Follow the same steps as after recording to share the VidGuide or copy the link to share the VidGuide through any medium.
